The hot pool is heated to 104 degrees — the perfect temperature to melt away muscle aches and pains, relax the mind, and reconnect with yourself. The 55-degree cold plunge both sharpens the mind and increases circulation in the body, which in turn soothes the nervous system. It’s best enjoyed after one of our heat experiences to accelerate the detoxification process. The dry sauna, which is lined in cedar wood and heated to 140 degrees, has an intensely purifying effect on the body. Harmful toxins are flushed out, cortisol levels decrease, blood pressure is lowered, and the immune system gets a boost. Our 120-degree steam room cleanses and detoxifies the skin, while herbal infusions relax the mind and body. Those with respiratory conditions will also benefit from spending time in the steam room.
